HIGH HAM, UNITED KINGDOM - OCTOBER 14: Workers carefully return the restored sails to Stembridge Tower Mill, Britains only remaining thatched-cap windmill on October 14, 2009 in High Ham, England. Stembridge Tower Mill has stood in the village of High Ham on the Somerset levels since 1822, and was still actively grinding local cereals until 1910. It is one of the few windmills in England to still have any intact mechanisms and has been under the care of the National Trust since 1969. The Mill has been undergoing a full and extensive renovation and will re-open to visitors in March 2010. (Photo by Matt Cardy/Getty Images)
