Rihanna appears to have the same tattoo as Lily Allen. Lily Allen today used her Twitter account to display her latest tattoo - the word 'shhh...' tattooed along her finger. And as these pictures show, it seems that troubled popstar Rihanna has already had the same word tattooed along her own finger.
