Obama Holds Presidential Forum on Service at Texas A&M University in College Station

Bush and the Point of Light Institute at Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas on October 16, 2009. The Daily Point of light Award was created by President George H.W. Bush in 1989 and honors individuals and volunteers groups around the country who are helping to meet critical needs in their communities and creating change every day and has a bi-partisan presidential legacy over the past two decades.
