Simon Cowell, The Hoff and Sharon Osbourne talk about the new series of America's Got Talent in Los Angeles. Also joining them on stage was ex tabloid editor Piers Morgan and a new host Nick Cannon, husband of Mariah Carey. All of the cast seemed to be enjoying themselves and agreed that the recent singing sensation Susan Boyle who was discovered on the British show has probably increased the profile of the American spin off. Cowell went as far to say that they should probably have another couple of open casting calls as Susans story had probably made many more people aware of the show. There was much laughter on stage and as a teaser Piers alluded to one of the contestants being a chicken hunter while secretly having an amazing capacity to sing. Pictured: Sharon Osbourne
