The warrant issued for Lindsay Lohan's arrest has been quashed by a Los Angeles judge. Lohan's Lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley appeared on behalf of the 'Mean Girls' star at the Beverly Hills court in a hearing that lasted three minutes. In a discussion that was done out of chambers, Chapman Holley showed proof that Lindsay was in full compliance with the SB38 programme Lindsay has been following since she was convicted of DUI. The judge revealed that there are no dirty tests against the star, and that it is up to her to come forward with information. Lohan will enroll in a new alcohol education program and will be back in court to prove it on April 3. The $50,000 warrant, connected with Lindsay's 2007 DUI and hit and run case, was issued by the Beverly Hills Superior Court on Friday. In the incident in 2007, Lohan drove her Mercedes into a kerb with two passengers inside. Following the incident she entered Promises rehab facility for six weeks. In July 2007 she was arrested for another DUI. After pleading guilty to two counts of being under the influence and pleading no contest to being under the influence and reckless driving charges, Lohan served 84 minutes in jail.
